Salmon Tartare

This is a super simple salmon tartare, reserved for the best of salmon, so you can truly enjoy the flavour! 

  • Raw sushi grade salmon 
  • Cubed avocado 
  • Cubed cucumber 
  • Diced white onion
  • Olive oil 
  • Garlic powder 
  • Salt 
  1. Skin salmon and cut into desired size of chunks (I prefer smaller cubes)
  2. Combine salmon, avocado, cucumber and onion in a bowl. 
  3. Sprinkle the salt and garlic powder overtop and drizzle the olive oil 
  4. Mix and serve with tortilla chips
